Our consultants go through your closet each season to help you identify new ways of working your wardrobe. They eliminate outdated, unworn clothes and suggest new items to fill any gaps. They can also help expand your wearable clothes through accessorizing and restyling existing pieces.

Too busy to shop? Our professional fashion consultants can learn your size, favorite colors, style preferences and wardrobe needs and do the shopping for you! We will ship your merchandise to your home or office on approval, and you can keep what you like and send back the rest.
On-Approval Poicy
Barbara/Jean offers its preferred customers an opportunity to shop by mail. Your sales consultant will discuss your needs along with a convenient time to ship you a selection of merchandise. The merchandise is then shipped to you overnight at your expense. These charges will reflect the number of items shipped and the appropriate insurance charges. If you have a Federal Express number or UPS number that you prefer to use, we are happy to use them at your request. All selections sent to you that do not meet your approval must be returned overnight shipping, properly insured within 24 hours policy so that out inventory can be restored in a timely manner.
