Sales Consultants achieve these goals by understanding their client’s wardrobe needs, expanding their client’s awareness to their entire wardrobe needs, and then showing them appropriate product to meet those needs. If you would feel comfortable working closely with clients and helping them to develop an entire wardrobe concept so that they look great and feel great in their clothes, this position could be for you!
As a commissioned sales consultant, you will play a key role in enhancing our image as a luxury boutique. You will learn the facts behind our international women’s merchandise and cosmetics while developing a clientele. Your earnings are tied directly to your sales - so there are no limits to what you can achieve!
Sales Consultants are generally compensated with a "base-plus-commission" structure, so your success as a Sales Consultant depends primarily on how adept you are at providing clients with professional, personalized service which fills their needs. Achieving excellent sales volume by building a personal clientele base.

• Being open to suggestions for improvement
• Making clients happy by providing outstanding service. This includes:
• Building long-term, quality relationships with clientele.
• Striving to understand client’s wardrobe needs.
• Raising client awareness to their current and future wardrobe needs and then
filling those needs.
• Showing clients ways to maximize their purchases by selecting garments that can
be worn in a combination of ways.
• Keep abreast of the fashion trends thru reading magazine articles & visiting
competition.
• Stay informed on current inventory (size, availability, price structure and current
placement of each designer).
• Fulfilling clients needs respectfully -- not pressuring customers into purchasing
garments which do not meet their current and future needs.
• Working closely with other Store Team Members to provide a high degree of
attentive, professional service.
• Following up on all client’s needs and requests.
Contributing to our high-quality and team-oriented work environment by:
• Working closely and enthusiastically with members of your Store Team, which
includes Management.
• Helping Team Members whenever possible.
• Relying on Team Members to assist you in providing excellent customer service.
