The Primary job responsibility is to Greet, Sell, Close and Satisfy.

We are always looking for great people to fill the openings in our sales team. Above all, Sales Consultants are expected to maximize sales by providing exceptional client service and creating long-term, quality relationships with their customers. Sales Consultants achieve these goals by understanding their client’s skin care and color needs, expanding their client’s awareness to their entire beauty needs, and then showing them appropriate product to meet those needs. If you would feel comfortable working closely with clients and helping them to understand the importance of skin care and beauty so that they look great and feel great. this position could be for you!

As a commissioned sales consultant, you will play a key role in enhancing our image as a luxury boutique. You will learn the facts behind our international women’s merchandise and cosmetics while developing a clientele. Your earnings are tied directly to your sales - so there are no limits to what you can achieve!

Sales Consultants are generally compensated with a 'base-plus-commission' structure, so your success as a Sales Consultant depends primarily on how adept you are at providing clients with professional, personalized service which fills their needs. CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST/CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION NEEDED:

The Client Service Specialist greets and processes all register transactions, providing prompt and excellent courteous service.

Essential Functions:
Processes all register functions by inputting information into our computer based touch screen point of sale register. Responsible for cash funds and balancing daily transactions. Accurately process all credit and debit transactions. Verify cash drawer, balance and prepare daily work in accordance with policy and procedures. Ensures merchandise and services are correctly accounted for on each transaction receipt. Processes all payments on accounts. Greets clients immediately with a warm and friendly smile. Uses a positive and a clear speaking voice at all times, listens to understand requests and responds appropriately. Promptly answers the multi line phone system. Updates clients marketing information. Remains calm and alert especially during heavy activity.

Job Requirements:

Significant computer and calculator skills
• Excel and Microsoft Word experience.
• Ability to effectively deal with external and internal clients with tact and
  diplomacy.
• Ability to read listen and communicate effectively.
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex
  computer system.
• Ability to work a minimum of 36 hours a week including Saturdays. .

SALES ASSISTANTS

Sales assistants work with experienced sales consultants in selling. Writing notes, making calls, knowing and pulling merchandise for customers, re-hanging merchandise, straightening store stock, making deliveries, and general store assistance are some of the activities involved. Hours needed are from 11 am until 4 p.m. 4 days per week, plus Saturdays; however, can work with your schedule. $8 – 10 per hour
